Milton Ruben Chevrolet had great inventory to choose from and the salesman I worked with, Mr. Barron, spent nearly an hour discussing used-new vehicles of all price ranges based on what I told him I needed and wanted. Every vehicle he guided me toward was a good fit but when it came down to the last two vehicles, he didn’t suggest the more expensive one. He suggested the one that was a perfect fit for my needs and wants and proceeded to treat me like a friend rather than a customer. The whole staff has always been pleasant to work with as we made jokes throughout the process and I left with the perfect truck for me.

He quickly laid out a plan for how we would work through the whole process and it worked out fantastic. We had the pleasure of having Brendan assist us with the OnStar set up and going through the features of both vehicles. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. Were very happy with our two new vehicles and greatly appreciate the team!

This was the worst experience ever. First, I scheduled my appointment about a month out because I needed a full service. I requested a loaner car because my truck was going to be there for a few days ( 4 days to be exact) and I have 2 jobs. I dropped my truck off the night before and when I called I was told I couldn’t or that a loaner car was not available but when I picked my truck up a lady picking her vehicle up expressed out thankful she was that gave her a loaner car for the day. I had to pay someone to pick me up from one job and drop me off at my second job and then pick me up from my second job at 1****pm to bring me home. I had to do this for 4 days. Second, my car was with your service department for four days and I did not once get a call giving me an update until I came to pick it up on Friday and then I was told my defrost on the car was working because they “checked” but I explained to the service guy when I made the appointment that only the drivers side is not working. Also, I needed a tire replaced because I had to get one patched but when I picked up my truck I was told that it did not get done because the tire is in North Augusta and again you had my truck for 4 days. After not having my truck for four days and questioning why all of thing things I needed to get done was not done I was told you didn’t have a of people into work on my truck. That was four days wasted. Oh, by the was I was told by the service guy that I have one of the best warranty packages he’s ever seen. Yes, I should because that’s what I paid for when I purchased my truck. I was told that everything would be and should be covered under the warranty but all I got was unacceptable service from a dealership I purchased all of my vehicles from and now I’m left questioning if I want to bring my truck back up there for another four days for my tire and to the defrost all which should have got done last week.

I had an excellent visit to MRC. I was treated in a gracious and courteous manner by all of the employees I encountered. I found the waiting area to be comfortable and accommodating. And lastly, I was in and out in a reasonable amount of time. All in all, it was very pleasant experience and I plan on returning for my future maintenance needs.

Experience in its entirety was okay, salesman read the room well, but finance officer used profanity in front of my wife and children and really did not know how to read the room because he continued when my wife took our children out of the office. I purchased two new vehicles at the same time. Will be my last time working with Milton Ruben if that is acceptable and becomes the norm. This is my second review without any kind of follow up or apology from the dealership.

I came in on 3-1-2025 for an oil change. I was met by the representative in the bay area. My oil change did not take long at all. The representative came to get me from the lounge which was very clean and well lit. I went to the front to get checked out and I was on my way.

I had a warranty issue with my truck. Cole and Tyler took care of me, got me a loaner vehicle and sourced a replace Part that was on back order. They had me back on the road 2 weeks faster than expected.

Our salesperson Jaylin was phenomenal and we’re happy with the work that everyone did to get us into a car. Super happy with the price on the vehicle and again Jaylin was great and super helpful over the course of the week we worked with him. We weren’t as satisfied once we got handed off to the loan processor. He pushed really hard for us to purchase the warranty and once we’d finally managed to get across that no we didn’t want anything but the gap insurance he was clearly very put out. We had to decline no less than 5 times before he moved on and his behavior after the fact was petulant and unprofessional. He was setting papers down in front of my husband to sign pretty hard almost like he was throwing a tantrum and was sullen the rest of the transaction despite our attempts to be respectful and upbeat about our exciting purchase. We don’t know that well keep the car long enough to purchase the extra warranty so decided against it but didn’t feel the need to explain our decision to him particularly with him speaking over us and refusing to let us decline. “Brother, brother I’m telling you. I’m telling you, brother! Brother, you’re not gonna want to do it, brother.” We thought his attitude after declining the extra warranty was pretty ridiculous and contemplated complaining that night to management before we left the lot but decided against it.

Jesse Wood was terrible as far as customer service. The $88 oil change and tire rotation deal is what brought me to your dealership. However, Mr. Wood tried charging me $130. When I checked him about the difference in price, he instantly gave me attitude and didn't try to assist me further. Finally, after I addressed him again he told the receptionist to credit $25 on the bill. I left the dealership feeling bad about my experience. I reviewed my air pressure to find out it had not been serviced with the claim of a multi-point inspection. I returned to to the dealership a short time late. With him seeing me- he did not address my concerns. However, I inquired about the air pressure check and was helped by Chris. I hope to not need any service from your dealership in the future.

The experience overall was good. Very limited interaction. It would be nice to see some sort of gauge for tires, brakes, etc…when doing the multi point inspection. Additionally (not a breaking point, but several other dealerships will vacuum, front floorboards, clean windshield as a courtesy) just something nice value add possibility.

I brought my car in 3 weeks prior for an oil change and tire rotation. I told them I had been losing air in my right rear tire and to check it . When my car was done I was it was good. I brought back and they found 3 nails in the same tire. They never checked it thoroughly. Not the best service.

Experience at the dealership was pleasant. No major issues. Perfectly happy with the vehicle and felt I got a fair deal. My disappointment came after the fact. During my purchase I mentioned to the salesman the first thing I wanted to do was update the front emblem from the gold to a black emblem. The salesman tells me that based on my truck that the wrong emblem is on the truck anyway and that the dealership would replace it free of charge once the emblem was ordered and arrived. I leave the dealership satisfied. I follow up with the salesman via text the following Tuesday asking if there was an update on the emblem and I’m told not yet. I say no worries and just to let me know when it would arrive. I hear nothing the rest of the week and then follow up again on Monday asking for an update. I’m told by the salesman that he’s checking on it. The next day the salesman texts back and says the emblem is on back order and would try to expedite the shipping. I thank him for the update. Another week goes by and the salesman suddenly asks for my window sticker from the sale. I inform him I no longer have it. The following day the salesman informs me that my vehicle doesn’t come with the emblem he said it did and I would not get my emblem replaced unless I paid for it. I understand mistakes happen and while he did apologize, if he had been upfront with me about the mistake I could have had my emblem replaced a month ago. And after purchasing a new car and waiting a month for an emblem that I was never going to receive I don’t feel as great about the experience as I did originally.

My wife had the oil changed in her 2021 Equinox and she asked to have the tires rotated but had to request to get them balanced because they were not going to do it otherwise which makes no sense at all. When she went to leave she was charged $70.00. So you will rotate tires but you charge to have them rotated. She has a warranty on her vehicle for services but no one told her it was a separate charge for balancing. Why isn't it covered under the warranty? Help me understand? Why isn't balancing covered? I doubt we'll make another purchase here. Seems shady. Like being told by your dealer to come back every year for a new key fob only to find out that was a lie. Get better guys get better. Don't mislead or lie to your customers.

Faster than expected 2 hours

I requested the 60,000 mile service on my Trailblazer, which was approximately $299 on the Milton Ruben Service website. When I picked my vehicle up, the Tech had me written up for almost $400. When I questioned the cost, the Tech said I must’ve looked at the wrong website…drivebaby vs miltonrubenchevy. I quickly proved him wrong. He had no recourse but to change the cost. On the services breakdown paper, the 60,000 mile service was not completed. They only changed the spark plugs, oil, oil filter, and air filter. I was TOO DONE to even discuss it further. Additionally, I didn’t expect my vehicle to be detailed, but at least vacuum the drivers side floor. It appears their prices are increasing, but their quality and attempts to satisfy customers is going down. I’m extremely disappointed

After losing me as a customer because of the service department years ago I am happy to come back as a customer to Milton Ruben. This previous experience was the best buying experience we have ever had for a vehicle. I wish we would have been financed with GM but it is ok. Neil did his best to work in perks for me with the financing and even offered me options to still by it at a later date. The sales person Zavian helped us out a lot and made us feel like family at the dealership. I hope to have him or someone just like him when we come back in 3 years for another vehicle.

I am 70 yo and had dreaded going in to a car dealer for service. However, had a scheduled service for oil change, etc. for my 2024 Blazer that was great. Lance was our service advisor and was wonderful. He listened to two other concerns I had and ensured someone took a look at them that day. He kept in communication with us on the issues and the cars status. Two warranty parts were ordered and a tire had to be patched. I look forward to returning to the dealership when the parts come in and hope to get Lance again! Everyone we encountered was wonderful. The older gentleman who moved cars around and made small talk was delightful also. Kudos to all!

Very pleased

Quick, easy service visit. Greeted promptly and friendly by the service lane staff. In and out in less than an hour for an oil change which is better than expected for a full service dealership. Easy to book an appointment on their website. My only small concern is on the thoroughness/results of the multi point inspection supposedly done with the oil change. I have never seen a print out report of status of parts/components (tire tread, brake pad life, etc). The good news is I haven’t been attempted to upsell, but without really knowing what is inspected by the MPI or provided with any feedback I’m taking the service departments word that everything is good and/or that one was completed in the first place. It’s an “included in the price” $0.00 line item so it’s really impossible to know if anything was actually done without some sort of output document.

Everyone was great. This is the 7th vehicle we have purchased from Milton Ruben. Every time I have been treated with respect and not as "some woman". The paperwork process was easy, and any questions were answered quickly.

I came on Saturday I asked the advisor to tell the mechanic to check for missing bulb he came back and informed it wasn't a missing bulb it's a running light that is missing also I wanted a high mileage oil change I received a standard oil change

I told the service representative what I wanted done so he put the package together so I knew exactly how much everything was going to cost before the work was done. They had me in an out within an hour. The only bad thing I can say is if you need to make an appointment, call, or go by the dealership. Don’t use the online service. I tried and they had no record of me using it.

The repairs that I had hoped for were completed in a timely manner , but I did notice a scratch on my right front fender so I was not pleased about that but after looking at the video the damage must have been there before I didn’t know it

Jesse made me feel extremely comfortable from the very beginning. He listened to what I wanted and did not try to push on anything extra. From the time I walked in on a Tuesday night to the time I left Wenesday night, I was never uncomfortable.

I dropped my car off at 8am and got a ride to work. By 10am I was given a diagnosis. By 3pm I was told that I may be able to get a loaner; they did do everything in their power to get me into a vehicle by the end of the day. I was in a loaner, and I am the type of person that so long as I can get my kids, I am fine. It could be a beater car, and I would be okay so long as it drove. It took a few days to get my Turbo fixed. Everything about Milton Ruben was AWESOME! My service advisor was Jesse, and I honestly could not ask for better! Communication was on point; he was more than kind throughout the entire process. My husband and I are extremely pleased. If we buy another GM product, it will be because of the AWESOME staff at Milton Ruben Chevy.

I was told I would be contacted about an existing issue I wanted looked at. It’s been more than 2 months since the initial request. Just the other day, 8/19 I was told the service manager would be given a message to follow up on it. Days later, still no contact. I think I prefer to move my future service requests to a different location. If I’m getting treated this way so early in the game, I can only imagine what a year from now will be like. Thanks

My salesman Juston (Tank) was absolutely fantastic! The communication was great! When I asked him to get me some numbers on a vehicle I didn't have to wait days for a callback, he was on it! I made my appointment thru the Milton Rueben website. I was quoted a price of $88&some odd cents for the oil change and tire rotation. Then I was given an extra $5 for booking online. When I was called up to pick up my vehicle I was told it would be $1****1&some odd cents. After some discussion the price was lowered to the special of $88@some odd cents.I find this to be a failure of your system to relay deals made online to the actual appointment. Other then that , everything went very well.

Great service, my sales professional provided a great response and put me with a great service writer. Parts were delivered quickly and installed on a Saturday. Both of these gentlemen worked to provide a great service in a timely manor. Would recommend them to anyone who asks about Milton Ruben Chevy.

Their auto mechanic team we're done with my vehicle less than 2 hours after I drop off. The receptionist was pleasant and friendly. And the team member who brought my car to me he was pleasant and friendly as well. 10 out of 10 overall visit.

I brought my 2024 Chevrolet 2500 in because most of the lights came on and I had a hard time starting it. I brought it in to Chris and stated he would get it checked out. Chris stated it was some programming and had the issue fix in two days. Chris did a great job I just wish I really could have found why the programming failed.

Let s put it this way I bought a 2020 Silverado today and left the dealership only drove 8 miles at the most and the oil pump goes out on an engine with 77,000 miles on it. Only had it for 15 minutes. The dealer had it towed back to the dealership and then gave me a Chevy trace to drive. I’m 6.5 the car is too small for me I asked for a truck to drive but they said no that’s all they have. . So then ask them if the truck needs a new engine would they put a new in it and they said no they would have to put me in another truck. So this has been the worse experience I ever had on top of all that they act like their vehicle was better than my trade in’s . Which both of them are in excellent condition.

Well, I arrived too early for my appointment and they took my truck right in. Serviced it, rotated tires, inspected and topped off my def 15 minutes before my scheduled appointment time. Very happy with the service department and will continue to use them

Always pleased with how professional they are and how quickly they do the job and do it right. I brought my 2019 Silverado in the have the left front tire sensor replace. Most places would have you make an appointment, the Chevy team took me right on in and repaired it right away. That’s awesome! Thank you! The whole team is Awesome!!!

I was not made aware of the price of the oil I use for my vehicle. There was a recall for my vehicle and a change the type of oil was called for. I was told about this change when I purchased my vehicle but I was not made aware that the price of the oil would go up that dramatically. I was not prepared to pay that much. Because of this Milton Ruben just lost a customer.

Terrible...poor to no communications. Did more work than originally required, resulting in losing my vehicle for 7 days I don't think it would have been fixed if I had not gotten involved.

My experience with the sales department is amazing. I am less excited about my experience with service. After buying a brand new car, there are a few things that needed to be fixed. It seems like each time I go in, they order 1 part, then I bing it back, it gets fixed, then they order the next. These are completely seperate issues, and they were all explicitly mentioned in the first drop off. It feels like there is a general idea that less work will have to be done if they just make it take extra trips.

Employees treat me with respect and do a good job on changing my oil and purchasing new vehicle.

When I made the appointment, I was told to leave my car for 24-48 hours. Upon arrival, I was asked to leave it for 4 days. No way possible when that is my only transportation and no rental was offered. I went back to pick it up after it not being checked out. I was told when a rental becomes available, they will get me back in. Screen is glitching and car jerking.

I scheduled an oil change 8 quart special with tire rotation upon arriving to the dealership at 4:20 for a 430 appointment on a Thursday afternoon. I was told at 4:50 that the vehicle was ready so I approached to pay the cashier who informed me that my bill was over $130 When asked about the $88 special that I had booked under she advised me oh no problem to show her the coupon and she would reduce the price which she did. After I walked to my SUV and got into it, I noticed that one of my tire pressure monitors that had been not working still showed that tire being in the same location that it was when the vehicle was dropped off for the service and rotation. At this time, I walk back into the dealership and asked the service advisor if he could check if the tires have been rotated, it was obvious they had already not been rotated so the service advisor went approached the service manager who intern offered a free oil change and tire rotation on the next visit. At this time this was really inconvenient because I took time off work to go have this oil change in rotation handled. Although the free service was offered for next time, I still did not have my tires rotated at this time which they were due. Beginning to lose confidence in the dealership because the previous time vehicle was there for the same procedure. The tech failed to top off any fluids that needed topping off, including washer fluid.
